Products

Yes! The products on our marketplace are discounted due to an industry overstocking problem and not because they are expired and/or opened. You can find more information on why products end up on our Arkive here

At Arkive, our products come from two primary sources: retailers and brands. They send us items from their unconsumed stock that might otherwise go to waste, and we're all about giving these goods a new lease on life! Additionally, we shine a spotlight on small sustainable brands, providing them a platform in our marketplace to support their growth.

If there are any unsold products left in our inventory, we have a couple of paths we take. Depending on the agreement with the specific retailer or brand, we either donate the items to communities in need or ensure they're responsibly recycled. It's all about closing the loop and making a positive impact!

Currently Arkive is available to shop in the UK and Europe.

Our logistic partners strive to process the orders within 24 hours and dispatch it within three working days. Normally, within the Europe our packages arrive between 2-7 business days. If you experience any delays, please reach out us at info@arkive.nl.

Returns

At Arkive, we're all about conscious shopping. Before hitting that order button, take a moment to ask yourself if you really need it. If you're eyeing some luxury stuff, like perfume, give it a test run elsewhere first. And hey, if things don't work out, no worries – you can return unused items within 14 days.
